Earthoul is a Kantonian Pokémon Trainer, living with Pokémon since Generation 1. He is one of the lead contributors who helps Lewtwo with Japanese material.

For Vivillon stuff, make a specific data archive dedicated to it. make it so that when you type in a game (GO, XY etc.) it will actively lookup all the areas where a player can obtain one, with game-specific descriptions too. So if XY region lookup = UK, it will say all of the territories for that particular game.
